Prawns in Tamarind Sauce

Ingredients
- 6-8 king prawns
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 sliced Shallots
- 1 red chillies (removed seed and sliced)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 spring onions, sliced (green onion)
- fresh coriander leaves, to garnish
Prawns in Tamarind Sauce is a popular dish in seafood restaurants in South Thailand.
